If you are ordering parts for multiple vehicles, you will more than likely have multiple shipping charges as your parts are coming from each unique supplier that has their own warehouse. Please read more about our shipping policy for orders containing parts from multiple manufacturers. To avoid unnecessary shipping charges and split orders, please make sure to only order items specific to your vehicle make.
At the discretion of the Parts.com supplier, your shipment may or may not require a delivery signature. If you would like to request that a delivery signature not be required, please input the following statement in the 'Comments' box when placing your order (located at the bottom of the shopping cart checkout page): Please DO NOT require a delivery signature for this shipment. I understand that by requesting this, I'm assuming all responsibility for all lost, stolen, or undelivered parts after they leave the suppliers warehouse. Any claims regarding items shipped to an incorrect address must be made within 30 days from the date the order was placed.
Estimated delivery time starts AFTER the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please note that all parts are not kept in-stock. If one or more parts on your order need to be ordered from the manufacturer, please expect an additional delay in the delivery of your order. Should any of your parts need to be ordered, you will be promptly notified via email notification to the email address we have on file for your Parts.com® account (messages can also be viewed by logging into your Parts.com® account.) Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Users agree that Parts.com is not responsible for any damages, shipping reimbursements, additional compensation, forwarding or special arrangements related to an order or a portion of an order arriving past ETA.
The online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not always reflect the accuracy, pricing, availability or stocking status of parts. Although the majority of the data in the catalog is correct, there can be discrepancies in part numbers, part descriptions, diagrams, pictures and pricing due to monthly manufacturer updates and data available. We reserve the right to make changes to part numbers, pricing and diagram content depending on manufacturer data updates. In these situations, price changes will require customer approval. We will update the status of your order with a comment explaining the price change. You will be contacted and asked to 'approve' or 'not approve' this change in order for us to proceed with your order. Users agree that a failure to approve a manufacturer price change will result in the cancellation of the order, at no charge.
If you are ordering a kit, assembly or combination of items viewed in a diagram or picture please check with customer service and or the supplier to verify the orders contents and what will be included particularly if the items are right or left side specific. Users agree that Parts.com is not responsible for inaccuracies in pictures, diagrams or omissions of items in diagrams or related descriptions. Please verify with customer service or the supplier to ensure order accuracy and make sure you are referencing the correct year, make and model for the diagram, picture, part number and left or right side specific. Users agree that Returns in relation to such orders will correspond with the websites Return Policy.
Due to the size of our catalogs and the vast differences between items, we use a percentage-of-order method to calculate shipping charges. Because of these dynamics we reserve the right to adjust this amount. In some cases, we may need to increase the cost of shipping to account for weight and size including dimensional weight (room that it takes up in the truck). We will contact you if there is a change in shipping price for your approval. Users agree that a failure to approve a shipping price change will result in the cancellation of the order, at no charge.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that our suppliers are unable to fulfill. Due to excessive damage claims and high shipping cost, we reserve the right not to process orders for bumpers or body sheet metal. This includes, but not limited to: hoods, fenders, doors, trunk lids, moldings, hazmat items, batteries or glass of any kind. These orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Users of the Parts.com website agree to accept that an order has been cancelled for any reason and will not seek damages or make demands that an order be fulfilled after it has been cancelled.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Parts.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Parts.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Parts.com may require additional identity verification or vehicle information before accepting or processing any order.
We will be taking an authorization on your credit card for your order. Your credit card will generally not be charged until your order is complete. The exception would be if the item is a non refundable or special order item. If your order is cancelled for any reason the authorization will be removed from your account within 3-5 business days after your order has been cancelled, depending on your financial institution.
For security reasons on high dollar orders suppliers may ask for an alternative payment method to a credit card such as payment via a PayPal account or wire transfer to complete the transaction. In such cases you will be contacted with instructions and the option to "approve" or "not approve" such a request. Users agree that should the request for an alternative payment method be refused the order will be cancelled, at no charge.
If there is a difference between your shipping and billing address, we will contact your card issuer to verify your account information. Parts.com standard days of business operations are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
